How to Shift from Reactive to Proactive IT

As CEO’s and executives have developed their organizational responses to the global pandemic, one common tactic was to focus more on the employee experience. While this has taken a variety of forms across different organizations, for many organizations, this has meant renewed focus on their digital employee experience. 90% of CEO’s now regard this as a key priority.

Yet, despite this C-level focus, only 7% of employees regard their digital experience as adequate in its current state, and two thirds of employees think that the digital experience in their organization is average or below average.

A key contributing factor to employee dissatisfaction is the large number of IT issues that go unreported – up to 80% of all IT challenges. A key strategy then in delivering a higher level of digital experience for employees is to make the shift from reactive to proactive IT through the use of Digital Experience Management technology.
